Order Terms
1. Minimum Order - Samples: all initial samples are charged at regular FOB prices plus a sampling fee of 200 USD per order which is fully refundable against the client's first official order. Secondary sample order is charged at normal FOB prices and exempt from the additional fee.
US$5,000 and 50 pcs of each item for official orders
2. Price : All offered prices are understood to be FOB Hai Phong port or Noi Bai Airport, Hanoi, Vietnam including packing.
3. Our standard of packing For Bamboo & lacquer wares:
* Goods is individual wrapped in soft and brown paper, then packed in 3-layer inner carton with sponges inserted surround 6 sides of the carton. Some inner cartons are packed in suitable 5- layer master carton with outside label.
In case of air shipment and LCL shipment, the use of wooden crates is strongly recommended to protect the goods from being damaged. The crate cost will be charged US$15 per CBM.
4. Quality control : QC is always defined and applied to all production process of materials, processing, packing and loading into containers to make sure that final products are always shipped to client in the best quality
5. Payment term:
- For sample orders, the total value is fully advanced by T/T to confirm the order
- For official orders, 30% of the total value is advanced by T/T to confirm the order and the rest is paid when the goods is on board with B/L or by irrevocable L/C

6. Production time: Around 60 days for bamboo & lacquer
7. Transportation:
All products are shipped by air or sea. The shipment is arranged by client unless otherwise specified. That means that the clients have to appoint the forwarder and pay for the freight costs from Noi Bai airport or Hai phong port to the clients’ destination.
The documents: Original Invoice, Packing list, Certificate of origin, Bill of loading, other documents if needed to be confirmed and send to clients after the payment transfered |
